For our client, a foreign-based company operating in the furniture trade, we are hiring for the following position:

Finance and Controlling Coordinator (m/f)

Location: Virovitica, Đurđenovac

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and committed Finance & Controlling Coordinator to support our joint venture partner in Croatia. The person will help ensure transparent financial processes and reporting, support the local team, and act as a contact person for the shareholders on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly and annual financial reporting
• Monitor key figures and help prepare reports for management and shareholders
• Assist in budgeting and cost control
• Coordinate with the local accounting team and external consultants
• Ensure basic compliance with internal financial procedures
• Maintain good communication with both local management and the parent company

Your profile

• Master degree in finance, accounting or business administration
• Experience in finance, accounting or controlling (e.g. in a production company)
• English in written and spoken (minimum B2 level)
• Good understanding of numbers and business processes
• Reliable, structured, and hands-on way of working
