SaaS Account Executive (m/f)

On behalf of our client based in Zagreb, we are hiring:

SaaS Account Executive (m/f)

In this role, you will:

  • Generate new business opportunities and qualified through active sales activities such as B2B networking
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers at potential new clients to initiate the sales process
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies in collaboration with the sales manager, as well as the sales and marketing teams, based on market and performance marketing data analysis
  • Actively manage the entire sales process from discovery to contract closure, including online presentations and in-person meetings with clients, with a strong focus on new client acquisition
  • Maintain long-term, high-quality relationships with existing clients, actively monitoring their needs and optimizing their use of SaaS solutions
  • Assess the needs of new clients during the discovery process
  • Utilize field insights to shape and implement go-to-market strategies, adapting sales approaches to the specific characteristics of the markets
  • Analyze the market, monitor trends and competitors, and propose innovative sales channels for market expansion
  • Participate in customer events and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to optimize customer experience
  • Attend specialized trade fairs and conferences to present the company, SaaS solutions, and generate new business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • University degree (BA/MA)
  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound SaaS / IT sales
  • Experience in selling core IT systems (ERP, CRM, billing, payment solutions, logistics software) where the sales process is complex and the product is key to the business is also desirable
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization
  • Result-driven work approach, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • High motivation for achieving goals and driving sales performance
  • Proactive approach in monitoring and optimizing own sales results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on negotiation abilities and building long-term client relationships
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably Zendesk or similar), with the ability to analyze sales metrics to monitor and optimize performance
  • English language (C1 level)
  • Category B driver’s license
