DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST (m/f)
We are looking for a SENIOR profile with proven experience in digital media advertising.
It is important to emphasize that this is a hands-on role. We are not looking for someone who will only think strategically about campaigns, but for a person who will independently set up, optimize, and manage campaigns across all relevant digital channels. We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in digital advertising who understands the dynamics of an agency environment and is ready to take ownership of their own clients and projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Creation, setup, and management of advertising campaigns on online portals, social media, and other digital platforms
- Analytical approach, preparation of reports and post-buy analysis
- Daily communication with clients
- Optimization of annual and periodic client budgets on social media
- Monitoring and analysis of market trends in the social media segment
- Teamwork, coordination, and close collaboration with colleagues within the agency
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work experience in content creation, media buying, and monitoring paid campaigns on social media
- Understanding of the social media environment
- Knowledge and experience in using Facebook Business Manager
- Understanding and interpretation of Google Analytics metrics
- Experience working with Google tools and platforms (preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva
- Proactive attitude and positive mindset
- Excellent command of English
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Economics, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
