Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist drives the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities across multiple countries (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina). The role ensures brand consistency, supports local market needs, and delivers measurable growth in awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This position works closely with regional and local marketing teams, agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders to implement high‑impact digital initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to multiple markets while ensuring alignment with global/regional guidelines.
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels (web, social, search, email, paid media) and propose data‑driven initiatives.
  • Coordinate annual and quarterly digital plans with local marketing teams.

2. Campaign Management

  • Lead the creation, localization, and execution of integrated digital campaigns across countries.
  • Manage content calendars, creative assets, and messaging to ensure consistency and cultural relevance.
  • Oversee paid media activities (Google Ads, social ads, programmatic) and optimize for ROI.

3. Content & Social Media

  • Develop and adapt digital content (articles, landing pages, videos, email flows) for multiple markets.
  • Manage regional social media presence, ensuring brand alignment and performance optimization.
  • Support local teams with content guidelines, templates, and best practices.

4. Website & SEO Management

  • Oversee website updates, UX improvements, and localization for each market.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
  • Coordinate with IT/web teams to ensure technical performance and analytics tracking.

5. Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Build and optimize email marketing workflows, lead nurturing programs, and segmentation strategies.
  • Ensure proper integration between digital channels and CRM systems.
  • Support local teams in lead management processes and reporting.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs across all digital channels and markets, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of campaigns and content.

7. Cross‑Functional & Multicountry Collaboration

  • Act as the digital marketing point of contact for multiple countries, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Manage, train and support local marketing teams on digital tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors across regions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a regional or multicountry role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console), and marketing automation platforms Salesforce, Pardot.
  • Experience managing multi‑market campaigns and adapting content for different audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
